Perfect for beginners and advanced quilters ready to tackle curved piecing, this class will cover everything you need to know about piecing blocks with curved pieces. You will work with two blocks: a drunkard's path and an orange peel to create a zesty table runner. The class will cover all steps, from cutting templates using paper templates and acrylic rulers to pinning, sewing, and pressing. You'll be glad to sign up for this class as you walk away with the knowledge and confidence to tackle any pattern with curved piecing.
Class Registration: $69
Supplies Needed for Class:
- Sewing machine
- Basic Sewing Supplies (straight pins and pin cushion, scissors, seam ripper, fabric marking pen or pencil, small cutting mat (no larger than 12x18), and a rotary cutter)
- Optional – Modern Curves templates
Fabric:
- White – 1.25 yds
- Orange shades – (4) 1/4 yd cuts
- Green shades – (2) 1/4 yd cuts
