Utah Symphony - Picnic Dinners
This year's Utah Symphony at the Waterfall includes a new addition - picnic dinners! Simply place your order online, and pick up your dinner at the venue. Each dinner is $16 plus tax. Symphony Admission not included.
Options include:
Sicilian Herb Roasted Half Chicken: Garden vegetable chickpea salad, fresh fruit, house roll, butter, and dessert
Grilled Salmon Salad: Arcadian greens, grape tomato, cucumber, avocado, pineapple, with citrus vinaigrette, house roll, butter, and dessert
Grilled Steak Salad: Marinated beef medallions, spinach, feta cheese, cucumber, tomato, onion, kalamata olives, tzatziki, pita bread, fresh fruit, and dessert
Marinated Garden Vegetables Wrap: Fresh grilled garden vegetables, caprese salad, hummus, fresh fruit, tomato basil tortilla, and dessert
