Option 1: Herb roasted airline chicken with natural jus, Mashed yukon golf potatoes, and Buttered French green beans.
Option 2: Braised pork osso buco with heirloom potatoes and roasted root vegetables.
Option 3: Grilled vegetable pomodoro and 5 grain blend with quinoa and roasted pine nuts (Vegetarian)
All options include whole grain roll and butter, harvest green salad, and Christmas pudding with toffee sauce.
