Create some stylish storage for your home by stitching up a set of Padded Storage Bins. Perfect for storing sewing supplies, toys or children items. In this class, we will be making the medium or large bin. Pattern included in class registration. Medium/large bin fabric kit available.
Class Registration: $60
Kit Fee: $46.95
(As of August 12th, Kits are no longer available for purchase. Students are required to bring their own fabrics).
Supplies Needed for Class:
- Basic Sewing Supplies (straight pins and pin cushion, scissors, seam ripper, fabric marking pen or pencil, small cutting mat (no larger than 12x18), and a rotary cutter)
- Padded Storage Bins Pattern (included in Class Registration)
Fabric required by each student if kit is not purchased:
For Medium or Large Bin (for each bin):
- ½ yard outside fabric
- ½ yard lining fabric
- ½ yard top fabric
Optional: ½ yard outside or inside pocket
For Small bin:
- ¼ yard outside fabric
- ¼ yard lining fabric
- ¼ yard top fabric
- ¼ yard optional outside or inside pocket
- 1 yard ¼-1/2 “ wide ribbon (per bin)
- 1 package extra wide double fold bias tape
- 1 yard 20” wide Pellon Flex Foam 1 sided fusible
