Finished Project Size:
This is a great baby/crib quilt for a new darling bundle of joy. It can also be enlarged as to a "Granny-chic" Cottage core Throw Quilt for your Parlor or Sitting Room. The piecing portion of this quilt is designed for a confident beginning quilter. The finishing of this quilt includes a crocheted floral edge. The crochet portion of this project requires a minimal knowledge of crochet: how to hold a hook, how to chain stitch, developing a consistent gauge. In class we will complete a block, discuss sashing and borders, and create the crochet on a small quilt sample provided by the instructor that each participant will be able to take home.
