Poppies & Stitch Fabric Collage

Finished Project Size: Approx. 15” x 20”
Create a simple poppy collage that can be used as a wall hanging, bag or larger product. Learn Jane’s Collage technique and be inspired to make your own flower collage from a photo. As time allows learn some simple hand stitching to embellish this project.
Class Registration: $75
Supplies:
- Mandatory Kit: $25 Includes fabrics, background fabric and batting, Pattern, Needle and threads. Teacher will contact to purchase.
- Pencil, Chalk pencil or similar fabric marking tools. Disappearing ink pen works. (Recommended Bohin chalk pencil, red one)
- Scissors, sharp and good for cutting small pieces of fabric. Recommended KKB 6” perfect scissors
- Fabric glue. Glue stick, Elmers, 505 or Quilters Select all work.
- Optional: Tweezers
- Optional: Battery powered Light box, like a phone charger//battery pack
- Basic Sewing Supplies (straight pins and pin cushion, scissors, seam ripper, fabric marking pen or pencil, small cutting mat (no larger than 12x18), and a rotary cutter)
