Finished Project Size: 42” x 42” or 62” x 62”
Take a piece of the Garden home with you! In this class, Fran will guide you step by step through making a full Twirling Tulip block. Together, you’ll learn the fundamentals of curved piecing, including cutting fabric with templates and sewing curves – in our case the quarter-circle units, also known as Drunkard’s Path. Due to time constraints, you’ll likely complete a baby-sized quilt top during the class, which is about halfway finished if your goal is a throw-size quilt. You’ll leave with the skills and confidence to make this quilt again and again—whether in the larger sizes included in the pattern or in other projects that use curved piecing.
Class Registration: $75
