In this intermediate-level workshop, you’ll craft a stunning 70” x 84” throw featuring alternating 14” blocks: foundation paper pieced geometric “X” motifs symbolizing tropical vines, and bold applique flowers evoking lush exotic blooms. Learn essential techniques like precise FPP for sharp angles, fusible applique for colorful details, block assembly, and finishing tips for a professional look. Perfect for quilters ready to blend cultural heritage with modern skills—bring your sense of adventure! Class includes pattern templates, step-by-step guidance, and fabric selection advice.
