Utah Symphony Picnic Dinners

Picnic Dinners return to compliment the Utah Symphony at the Waterfall Amphitheatre! Simply place your order online, and pick up your dinner at the venue. Each dinner is $28 after tax. All dinners include fresh fruit, house roll and butter, lemon white chocolate cake, and a bottle water. Symphony Admission not included.

Options include:
Curried Chicken Salad on a Croissant: Green leaf, red grape, celery, onion, toasted cashews

Seared Salmon Salad: Curiosity Farms mixed greens, grape tomato, cucumber, avocado, pineapple, with citrus vinaigrette

Marinated Chopped Chicken Salad: Iceberg, romaine, cucumber, tomato, sprouts, egg, cheddar cheese, olives, carrots, red onions, ranch dressing

Garden Vegetables Spinach Wrap: Fresh garden vegetables, feta, hummus, Curiosity Farms mixed green salad with cucumbers, grape tomato, red onion, balsamic vinaigrette
