Come learn from Minki Kim as she teaches how to make her ever popular Quilters Big Tote! This tote is perfect for all of your needs, be it a day out adventuring or working on tons of different crafty projects.
Class Registration: $69
Supplies Needed for Class:
- Sewing machine with ¼ foot and walking foot
- Foam stabilizer: 1 yard, such as Soft and Stable or Pellon Flex Foam or Bosal In-R-Form
- Fabric glue such as Roxann Glue-Baste-It or Elmer’s washable glue
- Binding clips
- Frixion pen
- Basic sewing supplies (straight pins and pin cushion, scissors, seam ripper, fabric marking pen or pencil, small cutting mat (no larger than 12x18), and a rotary cutter)
Fabric:
- 20 assorted dark prints: 10’’(25cm) squares, 20 assorted white prints: 10’’(25cm) squares *or 1 yard exterior fabric
- Dark print fabric: fat quarter for bottom panel and binding
- Lining: 1 1/2 yard
- Strapping: 1 1/2” (4cm) – 2 yards, such as ByAnnie’s Polypro strapping or cotton webbing
