Butterfly Whirl is a delightful quilt that is truly a delight to make. Butterflies swirl around this quilt in three different sizes to add to the whimsy of the design. This quilt is 10” Stacker/Layer Cake friendly so it’s easy to cut out!! Come learn, stitch and flip corners, and nested angled seams which makes getting those perfect points a breeze. You are sure to have a finish that is absolutely stunning! So come sign up, we are going to have a great time!
Class Registration: $69
Supplies Needed for Class:
- Sewing machine
- Basic Sewing Supplies (straight pins and pin cushion, scissors, seam ripper, fabric marking pen or pencil, small cutting mat (no larger than 12x18), and a rotary cutter)
Fabric:
- 1 Layer Cake/10” Stacker of (41) 10” squares of assorted prints
- 6 1/4 yards of background fabric
- 3/8 yards of butterfly body fabric
- 2/3 yard of binding fabric or scrappy from 10” Stacker/Layer Cake
- 6 yards of backing fabric
