- Non-exchangeable Tickets
- cannot be exchanged within 24 hours of their Tulip Festival admission date.
- Subject to a $10 exchange fee
- All exchanges are subject to the availability of another equivalently priced open time slot and date.
- Tulip Festival is an outdoor event and will not be cancelled in the case of inclement weather.
