Girls in STEM: Coding Video Games

Students will have the opportunity to practice block coding to build and design their own game. This class focuses heavily on the Design Process with an emphasis on how those principles relate to Video Games. We will start with some brainstorming, and touch on character design, background and theming elements, music and composition, marketing, and of course, playtesting in peer groups.
