Keep your child excited about learning at Thanksgiving Point! STEM Days are 6 week programs with opportunities available for homeschoolers in grades 1-6 to dive into a variety of STEM related subjects. Children will learn in a collaborative environment from trained educators in our museums and connect to their at-home learning. Courses are always held on Mondays from 9 am - 12 pm, giving you the time you need to work, prep your home education, or have much needed time to yourself. Children will learn in a group of kids their age who also homeschool. They will participate in hands-on activities, learn through inquiry, and complete projects that connect concepts to the natural world. 2 trained educators will teach the courses using professional-grade equipment, museum exhibits, and more.
