Garden to Table: Harvest

Cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, and zucchini. Now that you've successfully grown a vegetable garden, how do you prepare a healthy and tasty meal? This course will teach, through a hands-on approach, how to best harvest, plan, and prepare meals from your garden. Enjoy creating your own dish with instruction from a local, registered dietician and a horticulturalist.
